A leading manufacturing company located in Mexico, Jalisco is seeking a Business Process Analyst 2. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in quality and Lean manufacturing tools, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Electronics. Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, conducting Kaizen events, and enhancing factory visuals. A proficiency in English at 90% is also required for this role.

Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.
  • Kaizen to improve the production processes.
  • Mapping (VSM) to describe the current condition of process or line.
  • Advice to document improvements implemented in production by different departments.
  • Standardization of all stations and structures to enhance plant image.
  • Improve visual factory in assemble stations.

Experience:

Knowledge:
  • Quality Tools (5s, DMAIC, 6 sigma, Doe, 5 Why, 8D, Poka Yoke).
  • Tools Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Jidoka, JIT, Kanban, TPM, Std Work, Cell Manufacturing, SMED).
  • SMT Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Trough Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).
  • Mechanical Integration(Top Level).
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • English 90%.
Activities / Responsibilities :
  • Implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.
  • Kaizen, to improvement the production processes.
  • Mapping (VSM), to describe the current condition of process or line, to find opportunities of improvements.
  • Advice to document improvements implemented in production floor by different departments.
  • Standardization of all stations and structures to pipe structures, give it a radical change at plant image.
  • Improve visual factory in assemble stations.
