ZF is a global technology company offering systems for vehicles and industrial technology, enabling mobility. ZF Monterrey is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern to develop reports and dashboards focused on Purchasing, collect and analyze ERP data, and create Power Apps and Power BI dashboards to support supply chain decisions.

The intern will work with Excel, Tableau and SQL BI tools, possess basic knowledge of purchasing, and communicate in English at an intermediate level.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program (IT, Math, Business Analytics, Economics, Business Management).
• Basic knowledge of purchasing process.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Basic knowledge of Data Analytics Excel and Power BI (preferably), Tableau, and SQL BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Language: Intermediate English or above (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Use data analytics and visualization tools to develop reports, and dashboards that inform business KPI focused on Purchasing.
• Collect, clean, analyze and report data from the ERP and create data visualization representations through charts, graphs, and dashboards to support supply chain decision-making.
• Create/manage Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI Dashboards.
• Purchasing functions as RFQ, Purchase order creation, order fulfilment and Invoice hold resolution (10-15% of your time).
