ZEISS Group in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing BI Analyst to transform factory data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, reports, and data models to support production and financial decision making.

You will work with SAP, MES, SQL sources, develop Power BI dashboards with DAX and Power Query, analyze KPIs like OEE, Yield, Scrap, Downtime, and support cost variance analysis. This role requires collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT.

Formación

• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports for manufacturing or operations.
• Strong skills with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with SAP/MES data sources and SQL databases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for manufacturing and financial performance.
• Create data models, DAX, and Power Query transformations.
• Analyze KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Scrap, Downtime, Throughput, WIP, Inventory, OTD, and Labor Productivity.
• Support cost analysis, Budget vs. Actual reporting, and cost variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to identify reporting needs.
• Extract, validate, and integrate data from SAP, MES, SQL databases, and other systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and support data governance.
• Provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
