You will lead local commercial development, manage new business opportunities, and oversee the sales cycle for tailored robotic solutions. Candidates should have a degree in engineering, 2+ years B2B sales experience, and good interpersonal skills. Frequent travel across Mexico is required.

Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B technical sales in an industrial environment.

Overview

Our client is an international industrial group specialized in the design, manufacturing, andintegration of mobile robotic solutions (AGV/AMR) for intralogistics automation. Its technologiesare used to optimize material flow and transport in factories, warehouses, and productionenvironments across a variety of industries, including automotive, electronics, and consumergoods.

As part of its growth in the Americas, the company is looking for its future Business Developer to help them lead

business development in Mexico and contribute to the expansion of its operations across theregion.

The position is based in Puebla, with frequent travel across Mexico and occasional internationaltrips.

Missions
  • Reporting to the Country Manager in Mexico and working closely with the Europeanheadquarters, you will lead the commercial development of the local subsidiary. You areresponsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities and supportingcustomers with tailored robotic solutions.
  • You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to project handover, and work incollaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • You represent the company in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events. Yourpresence in the field and ability to understand technical and operational challenges are keyto converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • You will contribute to strengthening the commercial structure, building a robust customerpipeline, and helping position the Mexican office as the central hub for operations acrossthe Americas.
Profile
  • You have a degree in engineering (industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields) andat least 2 years of experience in B2B technical sales in an industrial environment. You areconfident working in consultative sales roles and have strong interpersonal and client facing skills.
  • You are comfortable selling high-value solutions and engaging in technical discussionsrelated to automation, supply chain, or production flows. Experience in the robotics orautomation industry is a strong plus.
  • You are proactive, results-driven, and autonomous. You enjoy developing new clientrelationships and working on solutions tailored to industrial challenges.
  • You speak English at a intermediate to advanced level (sufficient for technicalcommunication, B2 - C1 Level). Familiarity with methodologies such as Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, JIT, JIS, orsupply chain logistics is appreciated.
  • You are based in Puebla or willing to relocate, and available to travel frequently acrossMexico (up to 80%). A valid U.S. visa is considered a plus.
