GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to analyze processes, operating models, and information flows, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. You will run workshops with stakeholders, map current and future states, and collaborate with architects to ensure designs reflect business needs.

You will support governance and change impact assessments, maintain traceability, and assist with UAT and user adoption activities. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and operating model analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Solid Agile/Scrum understanding and backlog management.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting System Testing, UAT, business readiness activities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing processes, operating models, roles, systems, and information flows to identify improvements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to gather, validate, and document requirements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps and identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Architects and technical teams to reflect requirements in designs.
• Support operating model analysis including governance, handoffs, and organizational impact.
• Perform gap analysis and change impact assessments for proposed changes.
• Maintain requirements traceability from need to deployment.
• Support backlog refinement and clarification with Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Work with QA to clarify acceptance criteria and validate functionality against business needs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and functional specifications.
• Conduct documentation quality reviews for accuracy and consistency.
• Support UAT, business readiness, change management, user adoption, and process transition activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve through digital, data, cloud, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Communicate requirements, changes, risks, and dependencies to business and technical stakeholders.
