Job summary

Koch seeks a leader to head the Busbar and ADS Assembly manufacturing organization in Mexico. The role focuses on safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution across shifts, driving plan attainment, delivery performance, quality compliance and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate cross-functional recovery, engage suppliers and internal partners, and develop the manufacturing leadership across all shifts while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience with leadership responsibility.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Translate the production plan into shift-level priorities for Busbar and ADS Assembly operations.
• Drive daily production control: output, schedule attainment, efficiency, scrap, downtime, on-time delivery.
