Job summary

Essity is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Leader in Ecatepec to drive reliability and efficiency in the manufacturing unit. You will lead electrical maintenance, implement preventive and predictive programs, and support TPM initiatives while developing the skills of the maintenance team.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation or related field and 3+ years in industrial maintenance with PLC/SCADA/HMI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation & Control or related field is required.
• 3+ years in electrical maintenance within manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and robotics systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.
• Support TPM initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational excellence in maintenance.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team.
