Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management.
• 1–3 years work-related experience required, preferably in Financial or Manufacturing Operations.
• Willingness to begin MBA or equivalent degree within 2–3 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Trains and prepares for future Business Unit Manager opportunities within 2–3 years.
• Manages a piece of the customer relationship through direct interaction with customers.
• Prepares materials for RFP responses and commercial claims.
• Contributes to the forecast and variance process in the company financial system.
• Supports QBR process and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provides indirect leadership to junior team members.
