Job summary

UPS IT MEXICO is seeking a Brokerage Applications Support Specialist for the Guadalajara area. You will provide Level 1/2 support for brokerage and customs processing applications, with emphasis on Slamnet Parcel, and act as the first contact for incidents, connectivity, and configuration questions.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication with international teams, and collaboration with operations, infrastructure, and vendors to resolve issues within the defined support

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Knowledge of customs brokerage processes and incident handling.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting application incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for brokerage and customs processing systems.
• Act as first contact for Slamnet Parcel and other brokerage apps.
• Register and manage incidents using ITSM platforms and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
