RGP is seeking a Brokerage Accounting Specialist in Mexico City to lead the design and implementation of accounting processes that support the integration of brokerage and banking operations. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Risk, Technology and Regulatory functions.

• Strong understanding of brokerage operations, financial products, and accounting flows.
• Experience leading accounting integration, migration, or operating model implementation projects.
• Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and process design.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial regulatory frameworks is highly valued.
• English proficiency is a plus.
