About the Role

What You’ll Do

• 🔍 Reconcile account balances to ensure a smooth and timely monthly close process.
• 💰 Manage income, expenses, and commission tracking for Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and other teams.
• 📊 Analyze monthly P&L and Balance Sheet variances, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior U.S. management.
• 📅 Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies, meeting all reporting deadlines.
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and support business growth.
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 📈 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational setting.
• 📚 Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• 💻 Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• 🗣 Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
