Ingredion Incorporated in Guadalajara seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst – Brazil to manage end-to-end AP activities and ensure timely, accurate processing. You will support payments, resolve vendor inquiries, and drive process improvements within a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 2–3 years in AP or related finance fields, SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Portuguese with good English. Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end accounts payable activities for Brazil.
• Review invoices and financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support payment file preparation and payment-related issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries.
• Participate in month-end/year-end closing, audits, and SOX compliance requirements.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
