Job summary

Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking a Brand Specialist, Staff to own project workflows from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-scope results and clear communication across teams.

You will manage timelines, dependencies and approvals in Workfront/SharePoint, coordinate with Brand Leads and partners, and drive day-to-day execution while mitigating risks and ensuring quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
• PM Certification completion is preferred.
• 4+ years in project management, brand marketing or related work experience.
• 1+ year in interactions with senior leadership.
• Experience in a large matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own detailed project workflows with timelines and approvals.
• Translate brand plans into executable workstreams and keep scope aligned.
• Drive day-to-day execution and monitor progress across teams.
• Communicate status, risks and changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation in Workfront and SharePoint.
