Job summary

Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office seeks a Brand Specialist, Staff to own project workflows from initiation to delivery within the Brand Team. You will ensure on-time, scoped, and clearly communicated work across cross-functional teams, leveraging Workfront and SharePoint for documentation and approvals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in brand management or related roles, with strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in matrixed organizations and senior stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
• Project Management Certification is preferred.
• 4+ years of project management, Brand Marketing or related work experience.
• 1+ year interacting with senior leadership (Director level or above).
• Experience in a large matrix organization and program/people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own detailed project workflows with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and approvals.
• Translate brand plans into executable workstreams for teams to act against.
• Ensure workflows are realistic, aligned, and updated as scope evolves.
• Drive day-to-day execution and monitor progress across teams and partners.
• Escalate higher-level issues with context and options; support leadership decisions.
