CHRISTUS Excellence and Innovation Center in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a BI analyst to design, develop and implement ad hoc dashboard reports. You will collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders on diverse BPO Business Intelligence projects and translate needs into clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations.

Requirements include 1+ year of Power BI dashboard design and 1+ year of SQL experience, plus the ability to tell stories with data and communicate insights to multiple audiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics or related (students).
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in Power BI dashboards design, development and implementation.
• 1+ years of experience working with complex SQL queries.
• Experience using storytelling techniques to simplify complex ideas and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, development and implementation of dimensional models for efficient data modeling.
• Design, development and implementation of ad hoc Dashboard reports through visualization tools.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to attend requests for ad hoc Dashboards and reports.
• Participate in data governance initiatives.
• Relate with internal and external clients to show updates and shareables related to developed Dashboards and reports.
• Document all Dashboards developments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to multiple stakeholders in easy terms.
• Advanced Data modeling techniques (dimensional, entity, etc).
• Advanced Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

The role will focus on the design, development and implementation of ad hoc Dashboard reports; this role interacts directly with sponsors and stakeholders and participates in variety of BPO Business Intelligence projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development and implementation of dimensional models for efficient data modeling.
• Design, development and implementation of ad hoc Dashboard reports through visualization tools.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to attend requests for ad hoc Dashboards and reports.
