Robert Bosch Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Document Control & Customer Service Specialist to manage engineering documentation, BOM releases, and SAP/TC workflows.

You will coordinate, create, and maintain product support data across SAP and TC systems, govern engineering document releases, and liaison with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication, mastery of SAP CMD/R1P, TC systems, and PLM processes to ensure data integrity and smooth service operations.

Formación

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced SAP ERP mastery, CMD and R1P modules.
• Hands-on TC systems experience and change procedures.
• Familiar with DBMS and PLM workflows.
• Experience with consumer cooking appliances is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage creation/modification of Bills of Materials for new product launches and design changes.
• Serve as liaison for Service BOMs and spare part development.
• Generate and maintain master material numbers in CMD and SAP.
• Maintain BOM data integrity as per ECOs and engineering specs.
• Define Appliance Engineering Tolerances and approvals for product lines.
• Coordinate technical data exchanges during ECO meetings to align teams.
• Leverage SAP and TC software to streamline documentation workflows.
• Provide documentation support to Development and Sustaining Eng teams.
• Audit and correct complex BOMs to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide cross-functional backup to maintain continuity.
