Vertiv is seeking a Change Analyst to support the setup, release and process for new part numbers and changes to bills of materials.

You will follow Oracle SOPs, set up approvals for submitted changes, and track change orders to ensure timely completion across functions and locations. The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 1–3 years of experience, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent communications skills – written & verbal; Spanish speaking with good English skills.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional relationships across multiple LOBs, the GBU and geographic locations.
• Strong project-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Become knowledgeable of Oracle SOP documents and job aid processes.
• Set up approvals and task assignments for submitted changes per rules.
• Review Change Orders for compliance with standards.
• Track COs/NRCOs through systems and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with key groups to troubleshoot changes and issues.
• Support testing of new tools and processes.
