Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Gerente de Producto Blockchain to lead the development of our blockchain ecosystem initiatives from Mérida. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform and its applications, partnering with engineering, marketing and business development to drive launches and growth.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management with at least 2 years in blockchain/crypto, strong leadership, and a passion for decentralized
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with blockchain/crypto focus
- Strong knowledge of blockchain tech, smart contracts, dApps and token ecosystems
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and requirements
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for the blockchain ecosystem
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Translate user needs into detailed product specifications
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog
- Collaborate with engineering to launch new products and features
- Work with marketing/community teams to drive adoption and engagement
- Define and track KPIs to measure success
- Develop tokenomics strategies to foster ecosystem growth
- Serve as SME on blockchain tech and applications
- Communicate strategy and updates to stakeholders
