West Modular is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to generate accurate quantity takeoffs using Revit, coordinate with the design team to ensure correct quantities, and prepare budgets for construction projects.

You will review plans in Bluebeam, identify inconsistencies, work with procurement to define material costs and delivery timelines, document databases for prices and suppliers, and ensure budgets comply with US/Mexico regulations.

Formación

• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, or related areas within the construction industry.
• Intermediate English to read specifications and plans.
• Knowledge of BIM tools for interdisciplinary coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Generate accurate quantity takeoffs using Revit and coordinate with the design team to ensure correct quantities.
• Prepare detailed budgets and cost analyses for construction projects.
• Review plans in Bluebeam, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring information is up to date.
• Work closely with the procurement team to define material costs and delivery timelines.
• Document and organize databases for prices, suppliers, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in the presented budgets.
