West Modular in Tijuana, MX seeks a BOM specialist with 3+ years in cost estimation to transform Revit takeoffs into complete material lists and support procurement.

You will collaborate with BIM coordinators and drafters to validate takeoffs, flag non-compliant materials, and prepare submittals and change logs, aligning with US/Mexico standards.

Proficiency in Revit, Excel, and Bluebeam is required, with intermediate English; multifamily or commercial construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Architect or Civil Engineer required.
• 3+ years in cost estimation, BOM creation or related roles in construction.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive and structured BOMs with quantities, part numbers, and units of measure.
• Transform Revit takeoff tables into complete material lists for procurement and construction.
• Collaborate with BIM coordinators and drafters to validate takeoffs and specifications.
• Identify and flag non-compliant materials based on project and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare submittals, spec books, and documentation for internal and external review.
• Maintain and organize records of changes, revisions, and updated materials.
• Support procurement in defining materials, pricing, and lead times.
• Ensure BOMs are aligned with architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
