Remote – Mexico | Independent Contractor / C2C

Are you technically minded, comfortable on a manufacturing floor, and skilled at building business relationships? We're seeking a Bilingual Technical Sales Representative to expand industrial equipment and automation sales throughout Mexico.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing processes, enjoys solving technical challenges, and has the independence to develop new business. You'll work remotely in Mexico while collaborating with an established U.S.-based manufacturer to deliver customized industrial solutions.

Technical Sales Representative Benefits and Compensation:

• Remote opportunity based in Mexico.
• Independent contractor or Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangement.
• Opportunity to develop and manage an expanding sales territory.
• Approximately two weeks of initial training in the United States.
• Direct collaboration with an experienced U.S.-based engineering and sales team.

Technical Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Technical knowledge of industrial manufacturing, mechanical systems, or automation.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Understanding of industrial equipment, mechatronics, pneumatics, or hydraulics.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Mexico and occasionally to the United States.

Must Haves:

• Prospect and develop new business relationships with industrial manufacturers throughout Mexico.
• Visit manufacturing facilities to identify equipment needs, production challenges, and potential sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with plant managers, engineers, maintenance teams, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable information for the U.S.-based engineering and sales team.
• Independently manage customer relationships, prospecting activities, and sales follow-up.
• Comfortable working in a technical sales environment involving custom industrial equipment and manufacturing solutions.

Technical Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills:

• Previous technical sales or business development experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related technical education.
• Familiarity with custom automation, CNC machining, industrial equipment, or production machinery.
• Experience with electrical motor manufacturing or winding equipment.
• Existing manufacturing relationships in Monterrey, Saltillo, Reynosa, or surrounding industrial markets.
• Experience using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms.

Additional Position Details:

Candidates must reside in Mexico and be available for regional travel and occasional international travel. This opportunity is open to independent contractors and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements.

This is a remote, territory-focused technical sales opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with business development and customer relationships.
