Grupo Rotoplas seeks a bilingual Accountant to join our Controlling team in Mexico City. The role goes beyond transactional accounting, focusing on IFRS compliance, modeling, and risk management for a US-based operation.

You will communicate in English with MX and US teams, auditors, CPAs, and banking contacts, overseeing GL, month-end close, asset management, and intercompany processes.

Formación

• 5 years of proven accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Must hold a current Visa and Passport with ability to travel to the USA 3+ times a year.

Responsabilidades

• IFRS compliance leadership; maintain procedures, reporting, and balance ledger.
• Develop and maintain financial models and business cases.
• Identify and minimize financial risk; perform monthly reviews of accounts and audits.
• Own the General Ledger, month-end close, asset management, and inventories.
• Provide cross-functional support to the Controlling area and Accounts Payable.
