A leading real estate service provider in Mexico City is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to create an exceptional first impression at their client’s premises. This role will involve greeting visitors and managing reception, ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in customer service and strong English skills.

Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service positions.
  • An advanced level of English is required.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

What this job involves

The Guest Services Ambassador is the first point of contact at the Client\'s premises, creating an exceptional first impression while providing professional and personalized service to employees and visitors. This position represents both JLL and the client, embodying the company\'s culture and values in every interaction. The role ensures a welcoming, safe, and well-managed reception, while supporting workplace operations and enhancing the overall experience.

Position details
  • Work Address: Col. Juárez, Del. Cuauhtemoc, CDMX
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Gross Monthly Salary: $22,000 - $25,000
  • Work Modality: On site
Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and hospitable manner.
  • Manage the visitor check-in process using appropriate technology systems.
  • Coordinate with the security team to ensure compliance with access control protocols.
  • Notify employees of the arrival of visitors and coordinate escorts as needed.
  • Manage incoming shipments and coordinate distribution with the mail services team.
  • Provide general information and directions to visitors and employees.
  • Supervise the reception and lobby areas to ensure cleanliness and a professional appearance.
  • Support the management of meeting rooms, including basic troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment.
  • Assist with the coordination of catering for meetings and events as needed.
  • Respond to general inquiries and requests from employees and visitors.
  • Support emergency response procedures and building evacuations as needed.
  • Maintain reception area supplies and marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the workplace team as needed.
  • Document and report workplace issues through appropriate service request channels.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate\'s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service positions.
  • An advanced level of English is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with visitor management systems.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
