Landing busca un Coordinador de Operaciones en sitio para gestionar de forma independiente el día a día en el mercado asignado, asegurando que cada unidad cumpla con los estándares de llegada y que el soporte al cliente funcione sin contratiempos.

Dirigido a quien pueda mantener relaciones con anfitriones y equipos internos, y que trabaje con enfoque en datos para mejorar la experiencia del usuario y la eficiencia operativa.

Formación

• Inglés fluido (B2‑C1) requerido.
• Experiencia en gestión de propiedades, alquileres vacacionales u operación hotelera es una ventaja.
• Capacidad de trabajar desde la oficina en Polanco.
• Mentalidad de servicio al cliente y excelencia en la experiencia del usuario.
• Habilidad de comunicar y gestionar relaciones proactivamente.
• Enfoque práctico para resolver problemas con atención al detalle.

Responsabilidades

• Asegurar el éxito del mercado verificando que todas las unidades cumplan con los estándares de entrada antes de la llegada de un miembro.
• Resolver escalaciones de clientes con profesionalismo y creatividad.
• Mantener relaciones clave con socios, anfitriones y equipos de back‑office para operaciones sin problemas.
• Gestionar y resolver tickets de soporte y solicitudes de mantenimiento en tiempo y forma.
• Monitorear y mejorar KPIs como NPS, CSAT y puntuaciones de check‑in.

As a Remote Operations Coordinator, you’ll take full ownership of your assigned market — ensuring every member’s journey is seamless from move‑in through their next stay.

You’ll oversee property readiness, manage escalations, and work proactively to deliver a world‑class experience that exceeds expectations.

About the Team

Our Field Operations team is at the heart of delivering outstanding service and ensuring every member feels at home.

Collaborating with hosts and our Member Support Team, we work behind the scenes and on the frontlines to provide seamless operations and unmatched satisfaction for our members and guests.

This position reports to a Hub Head and works closely with our Member Support Manager.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (local time of assigned market).

What You’ll Do

• Own market success by ensuring all units meet move‑in standards before a member’s arrival.
• Lead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Maintain key relationships with property partners, hosts, and back‑ops teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and resolve support tickets and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check‑in scores.

What You’ll Need

• English proficiency: Fluent (B2‑C1) Experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hospitality operations is a plus.
• Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to own relationships and resolve issues proactively.
• Hands‑on approach to problem‑solving with strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $19,000 MXN gross per month + performance-based bonus

• Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
• Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
• Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)

• Parking: On-site parking for bikes, motorcycles, and cars
• Travel benefit: $750 USD annually in Landing Stays
