Winning Assistants, Inc. seeks bilingual English–Spanish Medical Virtual Assistants to join a LATAM talent pool for remote, U.S.-based healthcare projects. Candidates will support medical practices with reception, patient communication, and coordination across time zones.

Opportunities are remote, with varying client requirements. Roles may be full-time or part-time as openings arise; compensation and tools will be shared when matched to an opportunity.

Qualifications

• Based in Latin America.
• Fluent in Spanish with English proficiency (B2–C1).
• Experience supporting medical practices remotely or in person.
• Ability to handle patient information accurately, professionally and confidentially.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Reliable internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace.
• Availability for U.S. business hours depending on opportunity.
• Comfortable using a time tracker to record working hours.

Job Title: Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant – LATAM | Talent Pool

Potential Hourly Rate: Starting at $6 USD/hour, depending on the client, role requirements, and your qualifications.

Are you fluent in English and Spanish with experience supporting healthcare practices? We’re building a talent pool of Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistants based in Latin America for upcoming remote opportunities with U.S.-based healthcare clients.

We’d love to connect with candidates experienced in one or more of the following:

• Medical reception, patient calls, and appointment scheduling
• Patient intake, care coordination, and follow-ups
• Insurance verification and prior authorizations
• Medical billing, claims follow-up, and revenue cycle support
• Medical documentation and EHR/EMR administration
• Patient outreach and healthcare appointment setting

Requirements

• Based in Latin America
• Fluent in Spanish, with B2–C1 English proficiency and strong spoken and written communication skills
• Previous experience supporting a medical, dental, or other healthcare practice, remotely or in person
• Ability to handle patient information accurately, professionally, and confidentially
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Reliable internet connection, a suitable computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace
• Availability to work U.S. business hours, depending on the opportunity
• Comfortable using a time tracker to record working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, scheduling platforms, or healthcare billing tools
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy practices
• Previous experience working remotely as a Medical Virtual Assistant
