Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced English.
• A passion for recruitment and helping others find their ideal job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote ALTEN Mexico.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
