Empresa Confidencial is seeking an AR Specialist to support USA monitoring and maintained accounts, handling billing, reconciliations, and credit memos with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish-English), proficient in SAP and Advanced Excel, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering excellent customer service.

Experience with accounts receivable processes and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
• 3 years of experience with understanding of the accounts receivable function is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel advanced level.
• High technical aptitude with strong SAP.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) with exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and to work with deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepared billing statements and invoices for customer purchases and recorded transaction date, price and fees.
• Prepare AR reports by cost centers and keep informed all sales force to maintain the accounts current.
• Reconciliated accounts in a timely manner and send remittances to all cash receipts department.
• Monitored cash payments receipts and kept accurate records about payment status and letters.
