ON.energy is seeking a bilingual Agile Coach based in Mexico City to drive effective agile execution across engineering and technology teams. This role acts as a facilitator, coach, and process steward, guiding teams and leaders to adopt agile principles while aligning priorities with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar leadership role.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and modern agile delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps administration, work management, dashboards and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills using metrics to drive improvement.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Coach managers, team leads, and contributors on agile principles and practices.
• Promote consistent application of agile methodologies across teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and partner with leaders to improve delivery.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retros) and backlog refinement.
• Conduct bilingual coaching sessions and workshops in English and Spanish.
• Foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
• Mentor leaders on servant leadership and agile management.
