Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced accounting professional for its onsite team in Mexico. You will supervise analysts, consolidate and report financial statements for multiple entities, coordinate with accounting, tax, treasury and auditors, and support month-end close processes and inter-company balancing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will bring a BS in Accounting, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of US GAAP, SAP/Oracle, and OneStream.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Master’s Degree in Accounting or MBA preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant and progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding and practical working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong leadership, team building and project management skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP system; OneStream is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides overall guidance to a group of Accounting Analysts.
• Leads the preparation and reporting of the financial statements for multiple entities.
• Coordinates with Mexico Accounting teams, Tax and Treasury, and auditors.
• Assists with month-end close responsibilities and reconciliations (GRNI).
• Prepares month-end close journal entries and reconciliations.
• Leads inter-company balancing with global partners.
• Supports OneStream and financial consolidation activities.
• Performs SAP and Oracle ERP administrative duties.
• Ensures GAAP compliance and corporate policies.
• Drives SOP improvements.
