EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a skilled BI Developer to turn data into actionable insights, building dashboards and reports with Salesforce Tableau while engaging stakeholders in an iterative feedback cycle.

You will profile data, map sources to Snowflake models, and optimize BI outputs with Python and SQL, ensuring accuracy and maintainability across projects.

Formación

• 2+ years of BI report and dashboard development using Salesforce Tableau.
• Solid data analysis skills including data profiling and validation.
• Experience with data mapping and Python/SQL for BI development support.
• Strong communication with stakeholders to clarify requirements and gather feedback.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Develop BI dashboards and reports using Salesforce Tableau for actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into mockups and wireframes for review.
• Build BI prototypes and refine them based on stakeholder feedback.
• Profile source data for quality and usability, and map data to models in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to improve reporting performance and maintainability.
