AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based data sources.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams in an Agile environment, supporting data onboarding and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source to semantic/model layers to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and tech solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
  • Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
  • Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
  • Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
  • Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
  • Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
  • Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
