EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to develop and roll out BI reports and dashboards using Tableau. You will work with data engineers to leverage Snowflake data models and build robust BI solutions that meet business objectives.

You will also create mockups and wireframes to gather stakeholder feedback and drive iterative improvements. The role requires 2+ years of data analysis experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with Salesforce Tableau Desktop.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis
• Experience building data mapping solutions ensuring consistent and accurate data flow between systems
• Proficient in Python for supporting data analysis and automation efforts
• Strong SQL skills for querying and handling data across multiple systems
• Practical background using Salesforce Tableau and Tableau Desktop to build and oversee BI reports and dashboards
• Upper-intermediate English language skills or higher (C1)

Responsabilidades

• Develop, prototype, and roll out BI reports and dashboards using Tableau
• Work alongside data engineers and architects to understand and utilize data models in Snowflake
• Build and refine BI reports to align with business objectives and deliver actionable insights
• Create mockups and wireframes for BI reports and dashboards to enable stakeholder input
• Conduct data profiling and mapping to safeguard accuracy across reporting outputs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust BI solutions in response to feedback
