Monks is seeking a data-focused professional to build dashboards and data products that enable cross-functional decision making. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and collaborate with teams across the business.

You’ll design, streamline, and manage reports, dashboards, and data pipelines, supporting smarter decision-making through accurate visuals and automated processes.

Formación

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related analytical field.
• Hands-on SQL experience and data visualization skills (Looker Studio/Data Studio).
• Programming knowledge in Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Ability to translate data into stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and autonomy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced English; written and spoken.
• Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards for project and business performance.
• Manage the data team backlog, acting as project manager for initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytical support and guide decisions.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines across multiple platforms.
• Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets for audiences.
• Monitor data quality and propose proactive solutions.
• Drive process improvements to increase data function value.
