Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Bellperson/Porter in Tulum, Quintana Roo to warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage and room orientation. You will help transport guests and luggage, ensuring safe, efficient service that enhances the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in bell/porter role or similar hotel position.
• Strong guest-service orientation and professional presentation.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage and information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, assist with luggage and room familiarization.
• Transport luggage safely and organize storage according to hotel standards.
• Operate property vehicles to assist guest transfers as needed.
• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and well-maintained.

As a Bellperson/Porter, you’re not just assisting guests with transporting and storing luggage – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
