Overview

Global Payments is seeking a Territory Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market penetration, and managing multiple sales teams with an emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans for designated customers.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts.
  • Promote existing product lines and support new product launches across the territory.
  • Negotiate price increases and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular market insights and sales data analysis.
  • Document visit reports and review sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to develop sales strategies and quotas.
  • Foster close relationships with corporate banking executives and their teams to drive growth and retention.
  • Lead and manage sales teams to ensure they have tools and resources to meet objectives.
  • Maintain active communication with divisional directors and other department heads to align efforts.
  • Integrate required sales resources to support team success.
Requirements
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing leadership.
  • Fluent English and native-level Spanish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to foster cooperation across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of CRM and/or ERP systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in sales/marketing.
