Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first, AI-first digital agency. As Search Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients, setting targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, implement testing, and drive conversions with trusted attribution. Clear English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Handle targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and client storytelling.
• Own budget allocation, bidding, testing, and optimization decisions.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels).
• Prepare 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the numbers.
