Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to support and maintain cloud platforms and trading applications on Microsoft Azure. You will focus on Azure operations, platform reliability, incident management, and troubleshooting across identity, access management, and observability tools.

• 5–7 years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, Platform Operations, Production Support, or Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across Azure VMs, networking, storage, identity, and access management.
• Experience with Active Directory, VDI environments, and enterprise support operations.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to support US business hours and participate in occasional on‑call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support for Azure infrastructure, platform services, and business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot incidents across Azure, Active Directory, VDI, networking, and access management services.
• Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, and other observability tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of production issues within SLA targets.
• Support release, maintenance, disaster recovery, and operational readiness activities.
• Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to improve platform reliability and user experience.
• Contribute to operational automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
