Formación

• Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data Loss Policies.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure KeyVault, and Application Insight.
• Demonstrates high analytical skills and is self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an SRE champion across infrastructure and application improvements.
• Monitor and manage HSBC Power Platform Foundation platform.
• Conduct root cause analysis for underlying issues affecting performance.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform

Understanding of Azure Services

Proficiency in automation and scripting

Experience in dealing with multiple support groups

Understanding of CI/CD best practices
