PwC México is seeking an AWS Full Stack Developer - Manager to lead software engineering teams and deliver cloud-native solutions. You will drive AWS native development, mentoring junior staff and managing client accounts to ensure successful delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the development and deployment of AWS native applications, confirming alignment with client requirements
• Managing software engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies
• Overseeing the integration of microservices and enterprise application architecture to enhance system performance
• Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software development processes
• Conducting code reviews and promoting adherence to coding standards to maintain software quality
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to develop scalable software solutions
• Guiding teams in debugging and troubleshooting software issues to optimize application functionality
• Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive business process improvements
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers to foster professional growth and development
