British American Tobacco Group in Monterrey is seeking a Cloud & Network Manager to oversee reliability, security and performance of AWS cloud platforms and hybrid connectivity. You will lead incident response, governance and continuous improvement across global teams and vendors.

The role requires strong networking knowledge, cloud experience and the ability to drive service delivery in a large organization. On-site in Monterrey with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years in Cloud Operations or IT Infrastructure roles (4+ considered).
• Advanced English proficiency for senior stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with AWS/cloud and enterprise networking concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cloud and network services across AWS platforms and hybrid environments.
• Provide operational leadership for monitoring, capacity, performance, and incident response.
• Coordinate incident resolution with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support deployment and readiness of new cloud/network capabilities.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, reviews, and security/compliance requirements.
