Job summary

Nexteer Automotive México in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a materials supervisor to monitor warehouse inventory levels, ensure material identification and traceability, and confirm delivery routes are followed to prevent production stoppages. You will implement PFEP controls and uphold security standards on site.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, advanced English, and 3+ years in a similar role; automotive sector experience is a plus, along with ERP system familiarity.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Advanced English is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the automotive sector is preferable.
• Experience with ERP systems is expected.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14000 standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material inventory levels in the warehouse (PFEP, minimum and maximum controls, obsolete items).
• Ensure the identification and traceability of materials, ensuring their preservation.
• Ensure delivery routes are followed, preventing production line stoppages
• Comply of security protocols inside installation
• Management of need it report of the area
