Job summary

Grupo CreeSer in Saltillo, MX is seeking a Sales Engineer to support automotive customers across North America. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and program management, delivering technical and analytical support for RFQs, program execution, and customer-facing activities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Program Managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely responses, cross-functional alignment, and successful product lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• 3–5 years in the automotive industry in sales engineering or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Travel up to 25% required.

Responsibilities

• Support RFQs, commercial offers, and customer negotiations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Program Managers, and manufacturing plants.
• Assist in program execution and product lifecycle activities.
• Provide technical and analytical support for customer-facing activities.
