Job summary

PPG Mexico seeks a Quality Systems Coordinator to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System across manufacturing, laboratory and distribution operations. You will drive continuous improvement, maintain certifications and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include auditing coordination, QMS training deployment, инструмент control of QMS documents, and promoting ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Quality System activities for Automotive Industry.
• English: advanced level.
• IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA, Internal Auditor according to ISO 19011.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update customer portals and scorecards, implementing action plans when necessary.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, including auditor training and follow-up of findings and nonconformities.
• Develop and deploy QMS training programs throughout the organization.
• Oversee the implementation and update of tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, and Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Promote the company’s values, as well as ethics and integrity in all activities performed.
• Oversee the Layered Process Audit program, including training and follow-up of action plans.
• Manage the creation, revision, and control of QMS documents and records.
