Indexjuarez is seeking a quality/manufacturing professional with strong automotive industry experience in quality or manufacturing roles. The candidate should be fluent in English/Spanish and have hands-on exposure to GD&T, APQP/PPAP, and SPC.

Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001, and MINITAB is highly valued. The ideal candidate will work on process improvement initiatives across sealing, extrusion, and molding domains, collaborates with metrology labs, and supports 8D/5Whys problem solving

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or manufacturing-focused education.
• Bilingual proficiency 80% (spoken and written).
• 3+ years in automotive quality or manufacturing roles, with seal, extrusion, and molding knowledge.
• Skilled at reading/drawing plans, GD&T and engineering specs.
• Metrology, labs and statistical tools experience.
• Statistical Process Control knowledge.
• Experience with 8D/5Whys.
• Familiar with APQP & PPAP.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 14001.
• Familiar with COVISINT portal and GM/FORD/TESLA/STELLANTIS portals.
• MINITAB usage.
