LEONI Wiring Systems de Durango S.A. de C.V. is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead cross-functional automotive projects from kickoff to delivery. You will plan timelines, coordinate resources, manage budgets, and drive on-time performance while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, strong English communication, and proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams. Weekly payroll and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in automotive manufacturing.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English (written and spoken) for global communication.

Responsabilidades

Lead cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards from kickoff to completion.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
Facilitate meetings, track actions, ensure timely deliverables.
Monitor KPIs, profitability, quality and costs; implement corrective actions.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate communication with stakeholders and steering committee; escalate issues.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.
