- Proven experience in wiring harness manufacturing.
- Minimum 5-10 years of leadership experience managing Production Engineering teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage the Production Engineering organization.
- Drive the development and implementation of engineering projects.
- Establish engineering standards and ensure compliance.
- Manage the department's budget and resources.
- Oversee the implementation of the plant's production concept.
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
