LEONI in Durango, Mexico is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional automotive projects onsite. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor timelines, resources, and budgets to meet objectives, while facilitating meetings and tracking deliverables.

You will identify risks, manage stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction with continuous performance improvements. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have experience in project management and leading

Formación

• Bachelor degree required.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitates project meetings and ensures timely deliverables.
• Monitors KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs with corrective actions.
• Identifies risks and opportunities and develops mitigation plans.
• Coordinates communication with stakeholders and steering committee.
• Drives collaboration across departments for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
