Lear Corporation in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Materials team and serve as the vital link between customers and plant operations.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive Materials or Customer Service, SAP and advanced Excel, and strong English and communication skills to coordinate releases, shipments, and scheduling with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 3+ years of automotive Materials / Customer Service experience.
• Experience with GM, Stellantis, Ford, BMW and VW portals.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• SAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer releases and requirements in SAP.
• Monitor demand changes and communicate trends to Production and Materials.
• Coordinate shipping plans and customer pickup dates.
• Manage Scheduling Agreements and prevent customer backorders.
• Follow up on inventory levels and customer priorities.
• Support production planning according to customer demand.
• Manage customer portals and special requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Logistics, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
