ZF Group in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks a Launch Engineer to review, analyze, and approve Change Requests (CRs), coordinate ECNs/ECOs, and lead cross-functional product launches to ensure on-time, compliant deployments.

You will administer PTR runs, maintain change trackers, and document milestones while supporting internal and external audits. The role requires APQP familiarity and adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Nice to have experience with Hyundai and Stellantis as customers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of APQP, AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA), and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 in automotive manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and approve Change Requests (CRs).
• Coordinate and manage Engineering Changes (ECNs/ECOs) through PLM/Windchill.
• Lead engineering change and product launch activities across cross-functional teams.
• Administer and monitor PTR runs and evaluations.
• Maintain and update Engineering Change Trackers and related documentation.
• Coordinate weekly multidisciplinary meetings for engineering changes and launches.
• Manage GDPEP activities and deliverables via OLM/CPlace.
• Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement per ISO standards.
