BorgWarner Emissions Systems Spain SL in Torreón, Mexico seeks an engineer to manage ECN/CN processes, BOM and drawings updates, and DFMEA revisions for automotive applications.

You will coordinate validation tests, report results, and support production teams while ensuring compliance with GD&T and IATF standards.

Strong English and MS Office skills are required; automotive industry experience is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• English (Speaking/writing) required.
• DFMEA experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 8D methodology / Statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of GD&T, IATF, CAD software and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Submit and/or follow up Engineering Change Requests (CR/CN).
• Review Customer Technical Requirements.
• Communicate/report to customers.
• Update and release BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Update and release Product Drawings.
• DFMEA updates and releases.
• Coordinate validation tests with product labs.
• Report problem solving per product line needs.
• Coordinate prototype builds with plant teams.
• IMDS Submission.
• Provide production plant technical support.
• Design changes Technical Review.
